My neighbor said I need a revocable trust… This is not always the case, We discuss with the client several factors to determine if a trust is the right fit for them, such as:

1. How many pieces of real property do you own?
2. What are your family dynamics? Does everyone get along?
3. Do you have minor beneficiaries?
4. Do you have beneficiaries that are bad with money?
5. Do any of your beneficiaries receive government supplementation?
   Revocable Trusts aren’t always necessary. A Last Will and Testament is a great estate planning tool for certain people with certain facts.
