We were very pleased at every step of the estate planning process. Toni, the Director of First Impressions, was a delight every time we spoke. The office is fantastic with a feel of a home rather than a stuffy legal office. Our attorney Audra Platt was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She took a lot of time, both in person and through emails, answering all our questions and concerns and she crafted an estate plan to fit our unique needs. The website and uTube channel have a wealth of useful information and videos. All documents were produced error free and well presented in binders, which speaks volumes for their back office staff and their internal procedures. We will definitely highly recommend this office to everyone.
